Mr. Ali’s expertise lies in creating distinctive economic development success through strategic, long-range developments, building synergistic small business capacity with a competitive edge in securing federal to local government contracts in both the global and domestic arena. With over 40 years of highly distinguished global construction, Mr. Ali and his two companies are sought after for their track record in strategic planning, contract negotiation, government and community affairs, real estate/community development, construction management in situational projects of high national security and global importance, steel manufacturing, small business mentorship/inclusion, technology implementation, fiduciary oversight, and board governance.
As a Gubernatorial appointee, Mr. Ali sits on the Georgia State Board of General and Residential Construction, and serves as an advisor to the State of Georgia minority business board. A former executive board member for Kennesaw State University’s Construction Industry Advisory Board, Mr. Ali is also on the Board of Directors for the internationally recognized Steel Institute of Development and Growth. Recently appointed to the board of the Georgia Council for International Visitors, Mr. Ali has been recommended by the U.S. Department of Defense as a speaker and educator on implementing policy for socially and economically disadvantaged businesses.
Mr. Ali has received numerous public acknowledgements in the metropolitan Atlanta region, including his board appointment to the Atlanta Black Chambers in 2022. Selected as a key panelist for the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s inaugural Minority Business Forum, Mr. Ali has received favorable media coverage from the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the Saporta Report, and Canopy Atlanta for his economic development leadership.
Mr. Austin is a cybersecurity professional with over two decades of experience safeguarding critical information systems. His journey began within the rigorous security protocols of the United States Air Force, where he honed his skills in protecting sensitive military data. Following his military service, Mr. Austin leveraged his expertise as a military contractor, identifying a pressing need for scalable cybersecurity solutions within government agencies.
In response to this demand, Mr. Austin founded Cy3 in 2010. Since its inception, Cy3 has successfully delivered comprehensive cybersecurity consulting services to a diverse clientele, including Air Force and Navy organizations, major retailers, healthcare institutions, and state agencies. Mr. Austin's dedication to fostering cybersecurity talent extends beyond his professional role; he serves as a STEM partner for South Dekalb county schools (Decatur, GA) and conducts regular mentoring and certification preparation sessions to nurture the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
